The characters are all one-dimensional and exhibit virtually no personality.
This satellite has nothing at all to do with the plot.
At one point, Jackie Chan's character says (without any hint of irony): "By law, belongs to the government." At another point, the camera zooms out into space just long enough to show an orbiting satellite sporting the Chinese flag. And so, it is with great sadness that I come to warn you: Kung Fu Yoga is absolutely terrible. It doesn’t need to be when the audience is willing to follow a lost army without learning the Sino-Indian history.I am not a movie critic.
The inferior CGI is excusable but it’s not a good start. The action is OK but the movie struggles whenever the action stops. After a series of double-crosses and revelations about their past, Jack and his team travel to a mountain temple in India, using the diamond as a key to unlock the real treasure.This movie is problematic for several reasons. When they free themselves, their next stop is Dubai where a diamond from the ice cave is to be auctioned. In a Tibetan ice cave, they find the remains of the royal army that had vanished together with the treasure, only to be ambushed by Randall (Sonu Sood), the descendent of a rebel army leader.
